On November 25, 2025, an online meeting was held with the participation of experts from the NGO "Primavera", representatives of local governments, farmers, water management organizations and other stakeholders, dedicated to discussing the results of the project "Pre-Feasibility Study and Roadmap for Planning the Development of Rural Areas in the Tysa River Sub-Basin in the Carpathian Region" - Phase II, which is being implemented in the Vynohradiv Urban Territorial Community.

During the meeting, the project team presented the key developments of Phase II, which include the content and process of implementing two investment pilot projects for the development of the Vynohradiv UTC:

a) on integrated water resources management;

b) modernization of agricultural production in the context of climate change.

The presented results became the basis for the formation of a preliminary roadmap for the implementation of the projects.

An important part of the meeting was the discussion and exchange of views between the participants. Representatives of local authorities and farming enterprises shared current challenges and offered proposals for improving future technical solutions presented within the projects. Special attention was given to the possibility of involving Dutch experts and companies to support and implement the proposed measures.

It is through the joint efforts of experts and communities that a shared strategic vision for the development of the Vynohradiv Municipal Community can be formed.
