On December 18, 2024, Olga Zhovtonog and Vitaliy Polishchuk participated in an online stakeholder meeting as part of the project "Reconstruction of the water supply systems of Kherson region: immediate measures and sustainable solutions." The event was organized by VNG International - the International Cooperation Agency of the Association of Dutch Municipalities,

VEI B.V. - Vitens Evides International, the Association of Water Supply Operators of the Netherlands, the All-Ukrainian Association of Local Self-Government Bodies "Association of Ukrainian Cities," the public organization "Ecoclub," and the associated project partner Dutch Water Authorities.

This project is aimed at restoring access to quality drinking water and water treatment services for citizens in four territorial communities in an area heavily affected by war.

Meeting participants discussed the development of a vision for integrated water resource management in the Kherson region.
