On April 24, 2025, experts from the NGO "Primavera" held working meetings with Oleksandr Frolov, Director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Irina Pukalova, Acting Head of the Project Management, Investment, and Digital Transformation Department of the Katlabuzka Village Council, and Mykhailina Kaparulina, Director of the "Water of Life" WUО (Izmail district, Odesa region).

The key topic of discussion was the prospects for cooperation in the field of integrated water and land resource management at the level of territorial communities in Poltava and Odesa regions.

The main focus of the meeting was on the need to develop integrated management plans for water and land resources directly in the communities. Participants also extensively discussed issues related to the restoration and modernization of irrigation systems to ensure food security and increase the efficiency of agricultural production.

Special attention was paid to establishing effective communication and cooperation with the WUO. In this context, the possibility of conducting joint training sessions to enhance the efficiency of WUO functioning in water and land resource management and rural development was discussed.

As a result of constructive dialogue, the parties agreed to further collaborate on developing specific steps and initiatives to implement the areas of cooperation.
