On March 20, 2025, representatives of the NGO "Primavera" and the State Institution "Expert Training Center of the State Fishing Agency" (State Agency of Ukraine for the Development of Irrigation, Fisheries, and Food Programs), Director Olga Zhovtonog and Deputy Director Hanna Shyian, signed a memorandum of cooperation, partnership, and interaction.

The Memorandum aims to initiate joint activities in preparing and implementing shared events, projects, and programs, establishing partnership relations, and developing long-term, effective, and mutually beneficial cooperation focused on creating a mechanism for collaboration in the following key areas:

- Supporting reforms in the irrigation and drainage sector and ensuring effective water resource management for food production and sustainable rural development in Ukraine;

- Attracting investment resources for the restoration, modernization, and development of engineering infrastructure for irrigation and drainage systems;

- Implementing innovations in water and energy resource management in reclamation systems;

- Formulating and implementing technical assistance programs to support private investments in irrigation restoration and development;

- Developing and implementing educational programs for various target groups (water user associations, state water management organizations, territorial communities, and individual water users) aimed at the development of irrigation in Ukraine.

We hope that the NGO "Primavera," with its extensive experience, will continue to expand its network of institutions of various profiles to enhance cooperation within the signed Memorandums, promoting the development and implementation of relevant investment, scientific, scientific-practical, business, and social projects, including in the field of public-private partnerships, both nationally and internationally.
