On October 24, 2024, Vitaliy Polishchuk, an expert from the NGO "Primavera" and deputy head of the irrigation department at the Institute of Water Problems and Land Reclamation of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine, participated in the first  working group meeting on hydraulic land reclamation issues , which was established by Order No. 3897 of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on October 10, 2024.

According to the regulations, the working group was created to discuss issues related to the operation and rational use of reclamation systems, construction and restoration of engineering infrastructure objects of reclamation systems, ensuring the effective use of reclaimed lands, and other related issues.
