On June 5, 2024, at the initiative of Dutch colleagues, a team training session was conducted for experts of the NGO Primavera. The goal of the training was to develop the potential of the NGO Primavera and its key team for the effective implementation and organization of various projects and initiatives related to the reconstruction of Ukraine in wartime and post-war periods in the water sector and land reclamation. Issues such as improving the structure, expanding the staff, planning future activities in defined directions, fundraising and capacity building were discussed.

In a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, the participants of the training started developing the strategy of the NGO "Primavera" until 2030 and the action plan for its implementation.
