On October 13, 2023, an online seminar was held by the working group with representatives of stakeholders from the Suvorovska territorial community and experts of the NGO Primavera within the framework of the Expert Dialogue on Land Issues of the bilateral project of the German-Ukrainian Agricultural Policy Dialogue "Development of the concept of communal land resources management for the territorial community"

The main objective of the seminar was to continue joint work with the representatives of the local authorities and stakeholders at the local level on the development of the Concept of Communal Land Resources Management of the Suvorovska TC.

NGO Primavera was presented by experts Olga Zhovtonog, Yosyp Dorosh, Andriy Tarnopolskyi and Vitaly Polishchuk. More than 15 representatives of the Suvorovska TC took part in the event and were involved in a fruitful discussion.

The participants of the seminar discussed the first version of the document, provided their comments and agreed on the main issues for its preparation. During the meeting, an interactive discussion was held with the aim of developing a road map and program for the implementation of the developed Concept, as well as determining the format of the investments attraction. The participants agreed that for the sustainable management of the community land resources, it is necessary to form recommendations for improving Ukrainian legislation in this area.

According to the program of the seminar, the participants formed a plan for the further completion of the work on writing the draft of the Concept of communal land resources management in the pilot area of the project and its finalization after the meeting, as well as after the working visit of the project working group leaders to Germany.
